ANN ARBOR, MI, December 15, 2021 – The Joyce Ivy Foundation announced today that Nadia Schreiber has been named Vice President of External Relations, effective January 17, 2022. Most recently, Schreiber served as the Assistant Director of Annual Giving at Middlebury College, where she managed millennial donor engagement and retention. As Vice President of External Relations, Schreiber will lead the Foundation’s fundraising and development efforts.

“Nadia will be an outstanding addition to our senior leadership team,” said Brittany Knight, Executive Director. “She brings extensive fundraising and non-profit experience. As we continue to chart the growth of the Foundation and double down on our mission of empowering young women from the Midwest, Nadia will have a significant impact on building resources and partnerships to support our future direction.”

Nadia Schreiber was born and raised in New York City, where she attended progressive public schools before attending Middlebury College for her undergraduate studies. After college, Schreiber moved home to New York and worked in some of New York’s largest nonprofit institutions, including Barnard College, the Robin Hood Foundation, and the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. “I have been following Joyce Ivy for the past several years, and cannot imagine a more important moment to be developing the next generation of women leaders,” said Nadia Schreiber. “Joining the Foundation brings together my passion for education, women’s empowerment, and fundraising. I am thrilled to have been given the opportunity to help steward Joyce Ivy into its next phase.”
